Classic impact play equipment such as whips, floggers, paddles, and canes can cause serious physical and psychological harm when used incorrectly. In order to avoid these, it is important to have knowledge of how to use them and which areas are safe. 

KIDNEYS

Located on the back, under the ribcage and above the hips. The kidneys are extremely sensitive and can be easily damaged by a violent blow, so consider this area strictly off-limits.

COCCUS
