DELIVERY

All of our products, except the clothing category, are produced entirely by hand in our workshop. We generally try to prepare your orders within 3 business days and send the prepared orders via PTT Cargo. In order to track your cargo, PTT Cargo sends an SMS notification to the phone number you provided in your order, and you can track it this way.

Since the production time of some of our products is different, this information is stated on the detail pages of the products.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Article 48 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. In accordance with Article 9 of the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation, the buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to reject and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal article of the Distance Sales Agreement.

In addition, except for the "Law on Consumer Protection" No. 6502, you can return the products you have purchased from Shibariturk.com within the scope of the right of withdrawal by notifying us in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods. You can make the notification by sending an e-mail to our Customer Services e-mail address through your membership.

If this right is exercised, in addition to the aforementioned written notification, the original invoice of the purchased product delivered to the third party or the BUYER and the completed return form sent together with the invoice must be returned. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded to the buyer. In addition, the Products that need to be returned must be delivered to Shibariturk.com complete and undamaged, including their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. The shipping cost of the product returned using the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.

The Consumer's "Right of Withdrawal Without Reason" is only valid for the return of products for which a return request is made within 14 days after the said purchase is made. If you think there is a manufacturing defect for a period exceeding 14 days and you want to return the products, you can report them within one month following the date of receipt and send them to us within 14 days. In this case, a process is initiated to determine whether the product can be returned by forwarding your complaint to the supplier companies and having them examined. Since the review period carried out during this period depends on the supplier company, a clear period cannot be given regarding the time period in which the refund will be made. When the return of your product is approved, the fees you paid for the product price and shipping fee are refunded to your credit card. If the cause of the problem you mentioned is determined to be a usage error, your order will be sent back to you in the form you sent it to us, along with its invoice, as "Buyer Payable".

If the invoice for the product is corporate, you must send it along with a "RETURN INVOICE" issued by the institution for any return transaction, deducted as "Product Unit Price VAT", specifying the cargo share and interest charges, if any, on a separate line. We would like to point out that order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a "RETURN INVOICE" is issued.

Your product returns must be delivered to Shibariturk.com complete and undamaged, along with the original invoice of the products, the return form sent along with the invoice, its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. In cases where the product is not a "defective product", the customer is responsible for shipping and transportation costs arising from its return, exchange, maintenance, etc.

Return approval procedures

After your request for returns within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal is approved, you can request the product to be picked up from your location via the cargo company call center with the cargo confirmation code sent to you, or depending on your request, you can send the product from the nearest cargo branch with the cargo confirmation code. In cases where the right of withdrawal is in question, the shipping cost is covered by Shibariturk.com. For other returns, the responsibility of delivering the product to Shibariturk.com and the shipping cost belong to the customer, and if it is determined that there is a manufacturing error in the product, the shipping fee is refunded to the customer. For all your returns, you can initiate the refund and cancellation process by calling our customer service number 0 533 790 79 31 or by making your request from the contact section. We specifically request that you send your product to the cargo company that delivered it and to the relevant sending address.

When your return request is approved, the price of the product will be refunded to your payment channel. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes. We kindly ask you to follow up these situations through your bank. BUYER accepts in advance that it is not possible for Shibariturk.com to intervene and assume responsibility for possible delays. If your return request is not approved, you will be informed and if the product has been sent to us for return, it will be sent back to your address with payment paid.
