Project “Imposed Body”

Capitalism, which reinforces societal norms of body and beauty, plays a supra-societal role in the world's transformation and development, and is on everyone's agenda, including ours. Therefore, as a body awareness project, we invite everyone over the age of 18, regardless of gender, to participate in our #ourismyBody project.

Our project will encompass the expression of different bodies and identities through Shibari. Volunteers participating in our project will express their bodies as they wish, and under conditions of confidentiality, the photos they choose will be included in our album. Other photos will be deleted in their presence after the shoot, or, if they wish, all photos will be given to them.

The filming for our project will take place in our studio located in Bostancı, Istanbul, and the concept will be determined through one-on-one discussion. Participants are free to bring someone to the shoot if they wish.
