RETURN PROCEDURES

For returns under the Right of Withdrawal, after your request is approved, you can request pickup from the shipping company's call center using the shipping confirmation code sent to you, or you can send the product to the nearest shipping branch using the same code. In cases where the Right of Withdrawal applies, the shipping cost is covered by Shibariturk.com. For other returns, the responsibility for delivering the product to Shibariturk.com and the shipping cost belong to the customer, and the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer if a manufacturing defect is found in the product.
