Our trainings, which began after the quarantine, are continuing. Some of our trainings are so intensive and crowded that they cannot be covered in a single day, so we sometimes have to teach them in two or three separate sessions (each training is planned in 4-hour modules). The table below is designed to help you understand which trainings you have completed, which trainings you should continue with, and how many hours you have taken or not taken of those trainings.
Our training programs, which consist of a progressive curriculum and practical exercises, have the following stages, durations, and levels:.
- Basic Training (Level 1) 4 Hours: Completed in a single training session.
- Newbee-II (Level 2) 8 hours: Completed in two training sessions.
- Nawa-3 (Level 3) 12 Hours: Completed in three training sessions.
- Take-IV (Level 4) 18 Hours: Completed in five training sessions.
- Baku – V (Level 5) 24 Hours: Completed in six training sessions.
- Tsuri – VI (Level 6) 24 Hours: Completed in six training sessions.
- Shiri – VII (Level 7) 4 Hours: Completed in a single tutorial.
While it's not possible to "move to the next level by attending just one training session," as some participants frequently think, understanding the current level, practicing its techniques, and preparing for the next level are essential. Each training level serves as preparation for the next. For example, it's not possible to complete the Newbee-II training in just one 4-hour session.
Please follow the above schedule from our training calendar to attend the appropriate trainings. If you have any missed trainings or need to review them, please inform our instructors.
