Reconciliation; It will be a collective work that we started with the aim of showing that shibari, which is accepted as a part of BDSM practices, can also be used as a performance art. This work, which we hope will be the opposite dialectic of associating shibari with anything and accepting it only as an erotic and sexual activity, will be realized only with the participation and production of volunteers.

We hope to accomplish the project with our own means, without forcing it, without engaging in a new consumption. In this sense, expressing ourselves and shibari on the social ground and conveying it to the masses through an art form is the most appropriate method for our goal of “being visible”. We decided that photography was the most suitable instrument for this.

Our greatest wish is to open a photography exhibition with works chosen by the artists from the photographs that were submitted after the completion of the project, and then to have a photo album published.
