Spreader Bar

A spreader bar is a piece of bondage equipment consisting of a metal or wooden bar with attachment points at each end for bondage handcuffs, which can be used to secure wrists, ankles, or knees together. These are used in bondage games and sometimes in bed bondage, often in conjunction with other bondage equipment.

When applied by tying the wrists behind the back, it provides unimpeded access to the torso. When applied to the ankles or between the knees, it immobilizes the person by separating them, allowing unimpeded access to the groin and torso. The equipment can also be used in conjunction with rope, chain, or any other object.
