To choose the correct size, we recommend taking measurements from the following areas. When measuring, fit the measuring tape snugly against your body, but don't tighten it. Measurements should be taken while wearing underwear or thin clothing, standing upright, and in front of a mirror.

How should you take your measurements?

To choose the most suitable size from our products, you first need to take your own measurements accurately. To do this, use a measuring tape, making sure the tape is parallel and straight against your body, without tightening it too much.

1. Waist Circumference: Measure your waist by wrapping the measuring tape horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist. Take the measurement in a natural position, exhaling without tensing your abdominal muscles.
2. Bust Circumference: Place the measuring tape around your back, under your armpits, and across your chest. (If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a string and a ruler.) The measuring tape should be parallel to the floor and shouldn't be too tight, but it shouldn't leave any gaps either.
3. Back Width: Measure horizontally across your back, from its widest point to between your armpits.
4. Neck Circumference: Measure your neck by wrapping the tape measure around the widest part of your neck (usually just below your Adam's apple).
5. Shoulder Width: Measure straight across from one shoulder to the other. Clearly define the shoulder tips.
6. Back Length: Measure the distance from the center of the back of your neck down your back to your waist.
7. Front Length: Measure the distance from the middle of your neck (above the collarbone), across your chest, to your waist.
8. Back Waist Length (Shoulder to Waist): Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (just outside your neck) across your back to the narrowest part of your waist.
9. Hip Circumference: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips.
10. Upper Arm Circumference: Measure at the thickest part of the arm, at the highest point of the muscle. The arm should be relaxed.
11.  Elbow Circumference: Measure the circumference of your elbow joint with a measuring tape.
12. Wrist Circumference: Measure your wrist by wrapping the measuring tape around the thinnest part of it.
13. Torso Height: Measure the length from the side of your neck (from your shoulder down) to your waist.
14. Thigh Circumference: Measure horizontally along the widest part of your thigh (upper leg).
15. Knee Circumference: Measure above your kneecap, exactly in the middle of your knee.
16. Calf Circumference: Measure horizontally across the widest part of your calf (lower thigh).
17. Knee to Ankle Height: Measure the distance from the knee to the ankle in a vertical position.
18. Ankle Circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of your ankle.
19. Inseam Length: Measure along the inside of your thigh, from the inside of your groin to your ankle.
20. Hip Height: Measure the vertical distance from your waist to the widest part of your hips.
21. Total Height: Measure from the top of your head to your heel while standing upright.
