RETURN PROCEDURES

According to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer, as a consumer, has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, under the Right of Withdrawal clause of the Distance Sales Contract. Return approval process

For returns under the Right of Withdrawal, after your request is approved, you can request pickup from the shipping company's call center using the shipping confirmation code sent to you, or you can send the product to the nearest shipping branch using the same code. In cases where the Right of Withdrawal applies, the shipping cost is covered by Shibariturk.com. For other returns, the responsibility for delivering the product to Shibariturk.com and the shipping cost belong to the customer, and the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer if a manufacturing defect is found in the product. For all your returns, you can initiate the return and cancellation process by creating your request through our customer service number 0 533 790 79 31 or through the contact section. We especially request that you send the product to the shipping company that delivered it and to the relevant sender address. Once your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to your payment channel. Refunds may vary depending on the internal processes of your bank.
