Delivery and Product Return Procedures
DELIVERY
All our products, except those in the clothing category, are entirely handmade in our workshop. We generally try to prepare your orders within 3 business days and ship them via PTT Cargo. PTT Cargo will send you an SMS notification to the phone number you provided with your order, allowing you to track your shipment. Since the production time varies for some products, this information is indicated on the product detail pages.
RETURN PROCEDURES
According to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer, as a consumer, has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, under the Right of Withdrawal clause of the Distance Sales Contract. In addition to this, you can also return products purchased from Shibariturk.com under the right of withdrawal by sending a written notification to us within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. You can send this notification via email to our Customer Service email address through your membership account. If this right is exercised, in addition to the aforementioned written notification, the original invoice of the purchased product delivered to the third party or the BUYER, and the completed return form sent with the invoice must be returned. If the original invoice is not sent, the VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded to the buyer. Furthermore, the products to be returned must be delivered to Shibariturk.com complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging, and any standard accessories. The shipping cost for products returned using the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER. The consumer's "Right of Withdrawal Without Giving a Reason" is only valid for the return of products for which a return request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect and wish to return the product after 14 days, you can notify us within one month of the date of receipt and send it to us within 14 days. In this case, a process is initiated to determine whether the product can be returned by forwarding your complaint to the supplier company for investigation. Since the investigation period depends on the supplier company, a precise timeframe for when the return will be processed cannot be given. When your product return is approved, the product price and shipping costs you paid will be refunded to your credit card. If the cause of the problem you stated is determined to be user error, your order will be sent back to you in the same condition as when you sent it to us, along with the invoice, as "Recipient Pays". If the product invoice is issued to a company, for all return transactions you must send a "RETURN INVOICE" issued by the company, stating "Product Unit Price VAT", and specifying any shipping and interest charges on separate lines. Please note that returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a "RETURN INVOICE". Product returns must be delivered to Shibariturk.com complete and undamaged, including the original invoice, the return form sent with the invoice, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories. In cases where the product is not a "defective product," the customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs arising from returns, exchanges, or maintenance.
Return approval process
For returns under the Right of Withdrawal, after your request is approved, you can request pickup from the shipping company's call center using the shipping confirmation code sent to you, or you can send the product to the nearest shipping branch using the same code. In cases where the Right of Withdrawal applies, the shipping cost is covered by Shibariturk.com. For other returns, the responsibility for delivering the product to Shibariturk.com and the shipping cost belong to the customer, and the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer if a manufacturing defect is found in the product. For all your returns, you can initiate the return and cancellation process by creating your request through our customer service number 0 533 790 79 31 or through the contact section. We especially request that you send the product to the shipping company that delivered it and to the relevant sender address. Once your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to your payment channel. Refunds may vary depending on the internal processes of your bank. We kindly ask you to follow up on these matters with your bank. The BUYER acknowledges in advance that Shibariturk.com cannot intervene in or assume responsibility for any possible delays. If your return request is not approved, you will be notified, and if the product has been sent to us for return, it will be shipped back to your address with the shipping cost payable by you.
